Designed by myself in Onshape
I recently bought this key rail from Command (model # HOM-18Q-ES), but found that with a lot of keys on it, the command strips weren't holding up well enough. I realized that on the back there were clear plastic pieces easily broke off, which revealed three spots for me to make a simple bracket to mount it to the wall.
I designed the bracket to use two screws, and then the rail can just slide on top of it to be secure. I would recommend using drywall anchors, although I don't believe they would be fully necessary.
The holes in the design are 0.125" in diameter, and 2.8075" center to center.
Included is a model where the holes are each offset to the right by 0.09375" to account for me not measuring correctly when drilling, which is the model that is used in the picture.
Printed on an Elegoo Centauri Carbon with a 0.4mm Nozzle, using Inland Silver High Speed PETG+
Sliced in Orca Slicer, using the Generic PETG profile, with the 0.20 mm Standard preset settings, with 50% sparse infill density, gyroid infill, slim auto tree supports on, and mouse ear brims.
