PlateCool Frame – Cooling Frame for Print Beds

Print finished? Remove the bed and place it on the PlateCool Frame to cool—your PEI stays happy. 😄

You know the drill: the print is done, the part looks great… and then that voice in your head whispers: "Peel it off. Now. Immediately."
And just like that—scraping action, scratch drama, PEI feeling slighted. 😅

 

The PlateCool Frame is your : remove the bed, set it down, and let it cool undisturbed—while the next bed is already running overtime in the printer.

 

Why you’ll want this:

  • Many parts release themselves almost by themselves once cooled (physics magic ✨)

  • Less "rough handling" means a longer lifespan for your coating

  • Ventilated sides aid cooling

  • 5 rubber pads at the base: non-slip and gentle on your table

  • 4 holes for hanging: because workshop walls rarely have enough mounts anyway 😄

 

⚠️ Important: Beds can get extremely hot—so please handle with care when removing them, and use a frame made of PETG or higher. Your fingers may be "multi-material," but they’re not easy to calibrate.

Print Settings

  • Layer height: 0.2 mm

  • Wall thickness: 2 (or 3 if you’re aiming for extra strength)

  • Infill: 15%

  • Supports: not needed

  • Material: PETG or higher recommended

  • Filament requirement: approximately 52 g

  • Optional: Brim, if your filament is having a “warp day” today
