The overall design draws inspiration from traditional residential and estate architecture found in coastal towns across Spain and Italy, featuring sloping tile roofs, round archways, and arched verandas, creating a strong vintage ambiance.

On the left side stands a three-story vertical structure with a tower, complemented by small arched windows and retro plaid window frames. On the right is an open, double-height main body: the first floor boasts a large, arched, open-air porch, while the second floor features an outdoor, arched terrace with railings. At the base, a thickened faux-stone wall foundation and entrance steps have been added, meticulously replicating the details of real architectural pedestals.
