I used TPU for AMS to print this usefull tool for my home gym. These dimensions are made for my Domyos plates (10kg and 5kg on curved and straight barbell).
The printing profile is made to improve resistance in the most critical areas. I tested this print up to 50kg in weight without any problems. 
Other rigid materials may not hold up as well as a very rigid TPU.
