Why can't my 30 oz Owala bottle have both a top carry handle and a side handle? This makes that possible. Print it upside down of how you will use it. It has a slight lip on the top side so printing it upside down makes it, so you don't need support for that part of it. supports are not mandatory but probably preferable. I have done it both ways. You slide it down over the top of the bottle then tighten the lid over the lip. It does not interfere with the ability to use the lid. and the lid being on keeps it in place.
