A portable dice tower that doubles as storage for 1 standard set of 7 dice. Comes with an optional dice pattern that requires just one extra colour. 

Features

• Dice tower with a large opening and large throughput.
• Magnets keep the tower from coming apart during use. 
• The model has space for (optional) small metal plates to use the same magnets to help keep it closed. 
• Optional dice pattern that uses thickness for shading (only 1 extra colour required, the model in the pictures was printed using only black and white filament). 

Printing instructions

The model is designed for a 0.4mm nozzle with 0.2mm layer heights.  

Post processing

• Glue in the 6x2mm magnets in their spots, I used a small drop of superglue. Make sure to use opposite polarities for the opposite sides so they attract

  

• (optional) Glue thin metal plates (0.4mm recommended) in these spots to help keep the tower closed when used as storage. 

  

  These crosses indicate where the magnets end up, ideally those are fully covered by your metal plates if you use them.
