Barnacle Boy is a character from “SpongeBob SquarePants” and one of the superheroes in the “Undersea Heroes” series. Together with his partner Mermaid Man, Barnacle Boy forms a dynamic superhero duo that protects Bikini Bottom from evil forces. Although Barnacle Boy is an elderly hero whose body has grown frail, he still possesses formidable powers and extensive experience. He often comes across as somewhat impatient, having grown tired of the life of a superhero—especially when he and Mermaid Man repeatedly find themselves caught in comical predicaments. Nevertheless, their adventures consistently bring plenty of humor and action to the show.
