This is a rectangular exhaust screen / grille for some models of Midea portable air conditioners with window vented exhaust. This will fit models with a 95 mm x 183 mm window vent.

Assembly

There are two parts, the frame and the retainer. You’ll also need a piece of window screen about 95 mm x 183 mm, preferably fiberglass as it is more flexible than metal window screen. (You can see in the model images that the metal screen I used cause the frame to warp slightly.) You can use the printed retainer as a template to mark and cut the window screen.

Use hot glue to sandwich the screen between the frame and the retainer.

Since the exhaust port does not have clips to accept a frame, you’ll probably want to use hot glue to keep the grille in place. It fits snugly, but probably not tightly enough to keep it from falling out.
