Here is a model which can replace the main gear of Matthew Ghost's TurnTable Organizer to decrease friction… and therefore enables to use it with heavier items / bottles. This model is published with the formal authorization from Matthew Ghost.

These alternative gears have three embedded cavities enabling to add the following rolling cylinders https://makerworld.com/fr/models/2875304-roller#profileId-3210582 in order to decrease friction.
You need to print 3 of those. Prefer classic supports. No brim is needed.
