This is the "Double Wide" expansion of my octagonal battery holder system. While the single strips are great for flexibility, these 2-row grids provide much more structural rigidity for building larger rectangular battery packs.

Key Features:

• Wire Management Channels: Just like the single version, the octagonal shape creates perfect diamond-shaped gaps between the cells. This allows you to run series connections, BMS wires, or temperature sensors through the center of the pack.
• Rigid Grid: Connecting cells in a 2-wide block minimizes flexing and keeps your pack perfectly square.
• Cooling: The open corners allow for vertical airflow between the cells.

Printing Instructions:

• Material: ABS, ASA, or PETG is mandatory for safety in battery packs (PLA deforms at too low a temperature).
• Fit: Designed for a tight friction fit to hold cells securely without glue.
