Here is a 3mf print profile for ECC & ECC2 to print the ECC Grease retention fitting set initially released by Dave2025 on printables.

I've got it on for more than 6 months now, and it is really a game changer for ECC & ECC2 rod lubrification.

It really enables to make the printer maintenance much easier, and to decrease frequency of rod lubrification.

Be careful when assembling them, they are slightly different, so ensure you put the good one at the good place (look at my photos and focus on the pieces rounded corners for easier piece identification).

This is the rod lubrication maintenance process I'm using:

1/ put the printhead in the middle of x and y axes

2/ clean the extremities of the x,y, and z linear rods (2x, 2y and 3z) to remove the grease excess + accumulated dust

3/ using the lub application tool (see https://www.nexprint.com/en/models/G3745515), apply a bit of lubricant on both sides of the 7 lead rods

4/ with kitchen paper and the lead screw cleaning tool (see https://www.nexprint.com/en/models/G3745515), clean the 3 z-lead screw one after the other until the kitchen paper does not end-up dirty anymore (see video below)

5/ apply lubricant directly in the dedicated holes of the grease retention fittings

6/ run the printhead over the complete x, y and z ranges using the buttons from the ECC “prepare” menu

…and you're done !
