Build your own pair of custom sunglasses from scratch! This project includes everything you need for a complete DIY build: the main front frame and the matching temples (arms).

🔧 Repair Use (Temples Only): As a bonus, the temples included in this project can be used independently to repair the original sunglasses shown in the photos. If your original temples broke, you can print just the temples and attach them to your original factory frame using the original screws.
🛠️ Assembly Instructions: Simply print the front frame and both temples. Connect the pieces together at the hinges. You can easily attach the temples using a piece of a metal paperclip cut to size, or by using standard small optical screws.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT LENSES: Please be aware that this is a completely custom frame shape. Standard factory lenses will NOT FIT into this frame. This model is perfect for:
- Cosplay, costumes, and fashion accessories (worn without lenses).
- DIY enthusiasts who want to cut their own custom lenses from polarized plastic sheets or polycarbonate.
Print Settings & Recommendations:
- Material: PETG or ABS/ASA is recommended for better durability and flexibility, but PLA works fine for everyday light use.
Happy printing, and don't forget to share your makes! I'd love to see what color combinations you come up with.
