The custom screw-driven mechanism lets you smoothly control the angle from 0° to 60° with exceptional accuracy. Every movement is predictable and repeatable — just 1 cm of screw travel equals a 15° change, giving you precise control without guesswork.

Need a different setup?
Rotate the entire platform by 180° in seconds. Simply reposition the locking beam into the lowest slot, and the system is ready for a completely new configuration.

Designed for Real Experiments

This model was built to do, not just to show.

Attach Velcro to the underside and instantly swap surfaces to test different friction coefficients — from smooth plastics to rough materials. It’s a fast, practical way to compare real-world behavior under controlled conditions.

For accurate angle setup:

  • Use the included 3 positioning blocks
  • Print additional ones if needed
  • Or go ultra-precise with a ruler or caliper

Engineered for Performance

The mechanism is optimized for both precision and durability.
For best results under heavier loads, it is recommended to lightly lubricate the screw thread with an oil or grease — this significantly improves smoothness and reduces resistance during adjustment.
