Inspired by the layered, soaring eaves of the Forbidden City’s corner towers, this design transforms the chessboard into a millennia-old imperial city formation.
The miniature, double-eaved pavilions at each corner are fitted with soft LED lighting; when the game begins, the lights illuminate, instantly casting a celestial glow that makes the board resemble a palace under the moonlight.
—In the ebb and flow of offense and defense, players can feel the interplay of light and shadow within the intricate dougong brackets, evoking the essence of the Forbidden City.

→The inspiration comes from the Forbidden City and its corner towers, reimagining the chessboard as an imperial citadel, imbuing the game with an ancient charm.

→All components have been rigorously tested through 3D printing, and the supports are easy to remove after printing.
