My family runs an online store, and when we print shipping labels on a regular basis, the lack of a proper label holder often causes paper jams. So I designed and 3D-printed this model.
Compared with other commercially available models, this design uses less material, is more compact and convenient to use, requires shorter print times, and offers excellent compatibility. I believe it can fit most thermal shipping-label trays on the market and is essentially compatible with all mainstream shipping-label printers.
This model uses only 28 grams of filament; I recommend printing it in PETG to ensure strength and durability. Even small-bed printers can handle it without issue. Additionally, the model features specially engineered slender, high-strength pivots to guarantee flawless prints on cantilever-style and gantry-style printers as well.
