The B-2 “Spirit” is a subsonic, stealthy flying-wing strategic bomber developed by Northrop Grumman for the U.S. Air Force. It entered service in April 1997, and currently 18 B-2A aircraft are operational, making it the world’s only active stealth strategic bomber. Its core advantages lie in its stealth penetration capability and global strike power.
