Shingo Yabuki is a character from the KOF series and its spin-offs. Initially, he was named Shingo Suzuki, but SNK ultimately settled on the name Shingo Yabuki [1].

As Kyo Kusanagi’s apprentice, Shingo Yabuki made his official debut on the KOF stage in 1997. In the highly competitive opening animation, Shingo’s screen time even surpassed that of the Three Kings and the 97 Special Team at the time. Moreover, in the character-selection screen, his standing alongside Iori Yagami—another key character—demonstrates the great expectations SNK had for him.
