This minimalist cube frame features a glowing “lightbulb” component that screws securely into the base of your Cor porcelain piece, hanging gracefully downward to cast a soft, warm glow. Inspired by the clean, elegant aesthetic of Japanese design, I aimed to blend timeless sophistication with modern functionality and practicality. Beyond its stylish appearance, the LumiCube doesn’t just look great—it elevates your Cor porcelain set, infusing it with a cozy, inviting ambiance perfect for relaxing evenings. Use it to illuminate a plant pot, softly backlight a decorative object, or—when printed with heat‑resistant materials—actually heat the contents of your Cor porcelain vessel!

Design Details

• Cube Frame:
  • Assembled dimensions: 11 cm on each side—compact yet perfectly proportioned!
  • Wall thickness: 1 cm across all components
  • The frame features top and bottom pieces that snap together using precision pegs and matching holes—assembly is quick, effortless, and foolproof.
• "Lightbulb" Component:
  • Stands approximately 6 cm tall
  • Hangs down roughly 5 cm once attached to your Cor porcelain piece

Assembly Instructions

• Begin with the cube frame: Simply align the pegs on the bottom piece with the corresponding holes on the top piece, then press them firmly together. For added stability, a small dab of adhesive works wonders.
• Next, take the “lightbulb” component and screw it securely into the base of your Cor porcelain Triangle or Circle piece.
• Then, carefully place the Cor porcelain piece (with the “lightbulb” attached) onto the top of the cube, allowing the “lightbulb” to dangle freely within the frame. And that’s it—you’re done!

Once assembled, simply pop a tea light into the “lightbulb” and let the gentle glow fill the room.

Printing Recommendations

The print profile includes pre‑configured supports for the “lightbulb” and an optimized infill pattern, ensuring smooth, high‑quality prints every time. For even better results, we recommend printing the “cube” on a smooth build plate.
