A 3D-printable planetary gear system featuring a central sun gear, 3 orbiting planet gears, and an outer ring gear. Designed to demonstrate gear ratios, torque distribution, and mechanical motion. Print with upright orientation for proper gear meshing, 0.2 mm layer height, 0.4 mm nozzle, and 15–20 % infill. PLA is OK for a fidget. Minimal post-processing may be required to remove stringing and ensure smooth rotation.
