Building a custom lithium-ion battery pack? These single-row cell holders (spacers) are designed to make spot-welding and wiring as clean and safe as possible.

Proper cell spacing is crucial for thermal management in DIY battery packs, and these holders ensure your 18650 cells stay perfectly aligned.

Key Features:

  • Spot Welding Optimized: The top/bottom surfaces feature slight indentations and alignment tabs. This makes laying down and spot-welding your nickel strips much easier and prevents them from shifting.
  • Wire Routing Channels: Built-in side channels/holes allow you to safely route balance wires or main power cables alongside the pack without adding unnecessary bulk.
  • Modular Single Row Set: Includes 6 different configurations for building flexible packs: 1x2, 1x3, 1x4, 1x5, 1x6, and 1x7.

Printing Instructions:

  • Orientation: Print flat on the bed.
  • Supports: NONE. The wire channels and cell cutouts are designed to print support-free.
  • Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA are strongly recommended. Lithium-ion packs can generate heat, and PLA may warp under load or during the spot-welding process.
  • Infill: 20-30% (Grid/Gyroid) is sufficient. Make sure you have at least 3 perimeters for structural rigidity.
