Explanation of the lines in the image

• Large outer circle: Acts as the primary bounding geometry, defining the overall height and maximum width of the egg.

• Lower inner circle: Controls the fuller, rounder base of the egg, ensuring stability and natural curvature at the bottom.

• Upper smaller circle: Shapes the tapered top, creating the characteristic narrowing seen in a true egg form.

• Diagonal line: Indicates the geometric relationship between the circle centers and serves as a construction guide for smooth curvature transitions.

• Intersection points: These are where the arcs blend seamlessly, ensuring continuous curvature with no abrupt changes.

Together, these elements form an egg shape that is mathematically ideal—smooth, symmetrical, and structurally balanced. There is no arbitrary shaping involved; every curve is the direct result of geometric logic.

A fun, colorful Easter egg collection that combines simplicity, elegance, and creative freedom—perfect for brightening up your spring décor or showcasing multicolor 3D printing.

Important:

These eggs are made from two twisted parts. When printing, please allow the egg to cool completely before attempting to separate the pieces from built plate. The tolerances are very tight, and removing the bottom part too early may bend the egg “petals,” making it difficult to insert the inner piece. Once fully cooled, the egg is strong enough and will not bend.

An alternative (and safest) method is to remove the inner part first and gently twist it inside the bottom before removing the entire egg from the build plate.

Happy Easter
