Description

This model is designed to house 70 mm speakers and 5W Bluetooth amplification boards, powered by 5V. It’s ideal for compact, custom audio projects, with the option to integrate a battery and a voltage regulator (not included in the design).

Technical Specifications:

• Top-mounted air vent, optimized to enhance acoustic performance.
• Three front-facing holes:
  • Two for optional control buttons
  • One for a volume control knob
• Dedicated hole for a standard 1/0 power switch from power supplies (250V 6A, black or with red indicator light).
• Rubber gasket embedded around the speaker mounting area to seal off air leakage and improve airtightness.
• Hot glue application recommended at the entry point to securely seal the enclosure.
• Speaker mounting holes are intentionally omitted: each speaker may feature a different mounting configuration. Simply drill the holes using a wood screwdriver and wood bit, tailoring them to your specific speaker model.

Compatibility and Power Supply:

• Designed for 5W Bluetooth boards operating on a 5V supply.
• You can integrate a battery equipped with a voltage regulator to provide the required 5V; however, the battery is not included in the design.

Printing and Assembly:

• Optimized for FDM printing.
• No complex support structures required.
• Simple assembly via interlocking joints and hot glue fastening.
