Inyo: A Minimalist Incense Holder

Introducing "Inyo," a unique incense holder designed to bring a sense of balance and tranquility to your space. Inspired by the Japanese principle of Inyo (also known as Yin and Yang in Chinese philosophy), this piece represents the harmony of opposites. Just as the head and the base plate are separate yet complementary, Inyo embodies the interconnectedness of seemingly opposing forces.

The Harmony of Opposites:

The name "Inyo" was chosen to reflect the design's minimalist aesthetic and its deeper meaning. In Japanese philosophy, Inyo represents the concept that opposites may be complemetary. 
This incense holder, with its two distinct parts, embodies this principle, creating a harmonious whole.
 

Multiple Mounting Options:

"Inyo" is designed for versatility and comes in three printable versions:

Classic: A standalone version with a simple, elegant base plate.
Magnetic (5x2mm): This version incorporates a 5x2mm magnet into the head and another into the base, allowing for secure yet repositionable placement.
Wall-Mounted (10x2mm): Featuring two 10x2mm magnets in the head, this version can be mounted on any steel surface like a refrigerator. A separate wall-mountable plate is included and uses 2 10x2mm magnets for mounting.
 

Designed for a Cozy Vibe
Inyo's aesthetic is all about creating a relaxing atmosphere. To enhance this, I recommend the following print settings:

Fuzzy Skin: Adds a subtle texture that mimics the organic feel of rough clay, adding warmth and visual interest.
Hilbert Curve Top Layer: This pattern creates a beautiful, flowing surface that complements the design's minimalist nature.
Print Profile Notes:

For the magnetic versions, I've included a pause in the print profile to allow for easy insertion of the magnets.
The project is split into separate plates for one object per plate printing.

Layer height: 0.2mm (adaptive to the 0.08mm on top)

Fuzzy skin: Outside only, thickness 0.1mm, point distance: 0.1mm
