After testing flawed adapters online, I designed this honing barrel to solve the #1 issue: 3D-printed layer lines causing jams. The secret?
✔ Undersized print  + hand-reaming for smoothness.
✔ Tested range: ~20m with X-Shot blasters

🔧 How It Works

1️⃣ Print the adapter

2️⃣ Hone the barrel:

   Use  honing tool with a twisting motion (or M6 screw, drillbit…)

   Test-fit BBs until they slide smoothly but don’t fall out.

3️⃣ Insert into your blaster’s barrel (friction-fit).
4️⃣ Load & fire 6mm BBs like foam darts!

• Speed: recomended ≤50mm/s for precision.
