This is my vented nozzle for my containers. The integrated vent allows much better control of filling other containers without the chugging of normal unvented nozzles. This reduces spills and is safer than other nozzles which are hard to control and leak by design.

This cap will actually seal your container unlike many other spring assisted leaky valves that usually come with these containers.

Put your 3d printer to work, to actually make something useful!

The first version I created was not tapered. This functioned fine, but didn't “look” right. Making the nozzle tapered with the integrated vent, was much harder than I expected. I had to stretch my 3d modeling skills to get this to look and function correctly.

I think it came out very nice. The cap is a tight fit. but if you kind of “screw” it on it is no problem to get a good seal.

Make sure your printer can print TPU solid. And dry your TPU! I wasted a couple of prints trying to print with wet TPU.
