Release v1.1
Introducing the AUUUGH Plankton: a meme-powered 3D Print that lets you unleash Plankton’s soul-crushing cry whenever you feel like it.
Have you had this Plankton meme stuck in your head rent-free for months?
Same. So, I 3D printed it.
This is how it works. You press the button, and he lets out the exact audio your brain plays at 3AM for no reason.
Parts needed:
- ESP32: The brain of the project.
- MAX98357 I2S Amplifier: For driving the speaker with audio data from the ESP32.
- 3W Speaker: The louder, the better. This speaker brings the scream to life.
- USB C Female socket: For charging the battery to hear that beautiful auuugh.
- 3.7V LiPo Battery: Powers the device, ensuring it's portable and long-lasting.
- TP4056 Charging Module : For safely charging the LiPo battery.
- Momentary Push Button: To trigger the “AUUUGH” scream when pressed.
- Wires, Hot glue gun, soldering iron, etc…
OR
- Sound Module
- 3.7V LiPo Battery
Features:
- Screaming Plankton Audio: Press the button, and it plays the iconic “AUUUGH” sound, fading in smoothly for an added dramatic effect.
- Low Power Consumption: Uses ESP32’s deep sleep mode for ultra-low power consumption. After playing the audio, the system automatically enters deep sleep to save battery, with a 15-second delay before going to sleep.
- Button Triggered: The button is wired to trigger the sound whenever pressed. It’s simple, straightforward, and meme-worthy.
