Just print both models in different color and assemble them together.

If you print both models in two colors, you have a gecko pair with swapped colors like shown on the sixt picture ;-) 

There is a small gap between the two parts for easier assembly.

For better assembly, there is a model with chamfer on the sharp edges to avoid problems with elephant foot.

I used on my Elegoo Neptune 4 Plus the Prusament PETG Orange and Galaxy Black with 0,2mm layer thickness, 3 perimeter and 10% gyroid infill.
