If you own an Elegoo Centauri Carbon, you’ve probably noticed how purge waste tends to accumulate behind the machine. Over time, those filament blobs build up at the rear, making cleanup inconvenient — especially if your printer sits close to a wall.

This ultra-compact rear drawer is designed to solve that cleanly and efficiently. It collects purge waste in a dedicated compartment that can be removed and emptied without moving the printer.

The main goal of the design was to keep the overall footprint as small as possible. The drawer has a very slim rear profile, allowing the printer to remain close to the wall without sacrificing accessibility or usable capacity. It’s built for real-world setups where space matters.

The removable drawer is secured using eight 2x1 mm neodymium magnets, providing a firm hold while still allowing smooth and effortless removal. The magnetic retention system keeps the drawer stable during printing, without screws or complex mounting hardware. Installation does not require permanent modifications and can be reversed at any time.
