All components can be printed without supports, using a minimum infill density of 10%. PLA performs well in this application; to enhance structural integrity, it’s recommended to print at least three wall layers. Focus on the M14 threaded pins and screws—set the print resolution to 0.12 or 0.16 mm, and consider reducing the print speed slightly to ensure a perfect fit between the two parts.
The assembly is designed to safely support a load of approximately 5 kg.
