Chef Bear features a generously proportioned belly perfect for storing small items, and the overall height—including the hat—is approximately 20 cm.

The soles of the feet, as well as details like the eyes and eyebrows, require adhesive bonding. The chef’s hat is designed to simply sit atop the model; while glue can be used for added stability if needed, we opted not to include any attachment mechanisms in order to preserve the model’s aesthetic appeal when the hat is removed.

The model shown in the illustrations was printed using PETG; PLA would yield slightly better results in terms of surface finish and detail.

There are three arms in total—though the left arm includes an extra segment for holding a serving platter. Please note that the arms are specifically designed for left or right sides; if installed incorrectly, the resulting pose will look quite unnatural.

The arms utilize a hexagonal interlocking design, allowing for theoretically six possible adjustment angles. However, only three of these angles—upward, forward, and downward—are truly natural and functional poses. When the arm holding the platter is oriented upward, the platter remains perfectly horizontal.

The print file is split into two separate parts: one for the main body and another for the various accessories.

The main body requires support structures during printing.

The eye area should be printed using multi‑color AMs (Advanced Material Systems) technology, as the pupils are too small to be separated post‑print. I’ve configured the print job to use a tri‑color scheme—black, white, and red—but if you don’t have access to AMs, you can opt for a single‑color print and then hand‑paint the eyes afterward.
