As an art teacher of small children, I designed this paint station to help keep things neat and functional.  The paint wells are sized to fit semi-moist oval pans (I specifically use PRANG brand.)  There are two sections to the water cup to allow cleaning inn one and fresh water to mix with paint in the second.  The brush holders drain into the base so the handles can dry and last longer.  The sections all spin around each other on the base for easy reach, and can be taken apart for cleaning.
