This is an entire exhaust system for the Centauri Carbon, including the manifold, ductwork, fittings, gasket, and wall penetration. It's compact, prints easily, and looks sleek. I printed the wall penetration section out of ASA, and the rest of the system from matte black PETG. Each piece has a socket for a male or female end, and I fused the parts together using Weld-On #3. Just apply a little on each part, hold them together for about 30 seconds, and they'll stay. I give it an hour or so before handling the glued pieces, and 24 hours to fully cure. The inline duct fan is a 4" variable speed fan that I found on Amazon. It's quiet and works well. The fan and the elbow to manifold connection are friction fit and NOT glued. The gasket is TPU and is optional. I found no real difference between using it and not using it, but I like having the option. You can cut the pipes to length with a pipe cutter, or use your slicer to cut them to fit. The duct pipe and elbows are all 50mm, so using a 2" hole saw for the exterior wall worked perfectly. I put silicone on the molded collar, pushed it flush with the siding, then slipped the removable collar on from the inside and fused it in place with the Weld-On. I designed a shelf for the duct fan to sit on, and it's strapped down with 4" hose clamps. I ended up needing to space the shelf out from the wall about 25mm, so I made some quick spacers to fit behind it if you need them also. I scuffed each joint a bit with 320 grit sandpaper before fusing.
