Bill of materials:

• 1 unit - Aluminum belt tensioner 2020 short version (includes the t-nut from step 3)
• 620 mm - Gates GT2 synchronous belt
• 1 unit - Screw ISO 7380 M4x22 or M4x20

Print parts

• 1 unit - X_belt_tensioner.stl

Assembly instructions

1. Remove the pulley screw and reserve it for the next steps

2. Remove the pulley and washer

3. Assembly the belt tensioner with t-nut and screw of step 1

• 1 unit - Aluminum belt tensioner (include t-nut)
• 1 unit - X_belt_tensioner.stl

Note: Do not tighten the screw

4. Put the assembly in the X axis and fix it with M4 screw

• 1 unit - Screw ISO 7380 M4x22 or M4x20

Note: If you have the mod of led bar you need remove the upper part in the place of tensioner

4. Put the new sychronous belt

• 620 mm - Gates GT2 synchronous belt
