Update: new version with improvements to avoid the welding of the parts. Horizontal layer set to -0,1 will improve tolerances also.
This is another print-in-place experiment.
It can be scaled up, tested at 150% original size (the green one in the photos is original size, white one is 150%).
Printed in ABS, 0,2mm resolution, 40% infill.
