This is a remix of the hot end holder by Robert Davis on Printables.  I made for all 4 sizes of hotends for the CC and then added six 10mm x 3mm magnet spaces underneath.  Lastly I angled it to lean back when attached to the side of the CC with the magnets so the hot ends will not easily fall out. For this print I used PETG Pro on the side A of the of the build plate, used the .4mm nozzle at standard .2mm layer height.

 

 

I recommend printing it standing up with supports if you want to avoid the stair step top layer like I did with with my print.  If that is not a problem, you can let it stay flat as is
