nexus · watering can and cup

this design comes in two variants, watering can (with a handle) and a smaller watering cup, in a modern minimalist style

 

important · make sure that:

  1. your filament is dry and calibrated so that it deals appropriately with the tolerances
  2. your build plate is properly clean so that there aren't adhesions issues and lifts during the print · if you usually experience issues with bed adhesion on your prints, enable a 5mm brim on the slicer
  3. handle is separate so that the model does not require any supports, and also allows you to print the handle in a different colour if you choose without multicolour waste
  4. the watering can handle as very tight tolerances (0.10mm) to slide into place - you insert it from the bottom side of the can and slide up. There is a pressure fit due to the small tolerances, however i highly recommend that you use glue to secure it into position
  5. both variants were tested and showed to be water tight with the settings on the 3mf files
