Halloween costume in 2014 -- just the mask. It's compatible with "Mr. Potato Head" compatible face parts, and it's not too hard to make and print your own. Needs an elastic or something like that to attach to the face.

On my Makerbot Replicator 2X the largest that this will get yields a mask that doesn't really fit my face, but it was still good enough for halloween. My printed version with .26 holes didn't quite fit the face parts, so I opened them up a little with a soldering iron; in this upload I've made them .3 (though when importing the STL I have to shrink the part to "maximum size"; who knows what the real nominal size is?).

Printed at low resolution with raft; took about 5.5 hours. No support needed though, and it came out pretty sturdy!
