Summary

PLEASE READ BEFORE PRINTING!

These parts are purposely designed with very tight tolerances and are intended to be sanded to a finished fit. The lid part file is only 1/2mm larger per side to ensure that the part would not come out too loose. Using a very fine grit, just lightly sand the exterior walls of the base part, not the interior walls of the lid. A light smoothing is all it needs to be a snug, but easy to remove fit.

In the photos it may appear as if there is a gap between the lid and base, but that is only because I accidently rounded the edges of the lip around the base as I was sanding the part.

The overall dimensions of the box with lid on: W 17.5mm X L 36.5mm X H 24.5mm

  The Cura slicer estimates these parts to total 12g at 100% infill. At 20% infill, it is only reduced to 9g. I printed mine at 100% infill. Final weight on my digital scale was 11g.
