Printed at 5.6mm^3 speed on Ultimaker 2, could probably even go up more. 0.8mm walls, no infill or supports of any kind needed. Took about 90 minutes.

I've since tested it on a Creality Ender 3 Pro and it printed without a hitch using default settings in Cura.
