These screw holders hold a screw in front of a drill, and automatically release it once the screw head starts to enter the material. I recommend printing these from PETG or a stiff TPU e.g solid 68D. TPU is recommended for a more durable and long lasting print.

This model does have a major flaw that it prints in a poor orientation, is very thin and prone to breaking, and is not auto-releasing, meaning that the screw head will destroy the plastic holder as it starts to enter wood.
Hex bit sizes:
small: 35mm absolute minimum, 45mm suggested
large: 50mm absolute minimum, 60mm suggested
No maximum length of bits.
(in my images, my hex bit is too short so wouldn't actually work. Please follow length guide above. This is auto-releasing as it is designed to slide up the hex shaft when the screw goes in. The screw holder cannot be pushed right up against the chuck like in my images)
