The CCTV Headquarters, located at No. 32, East Third Ring Road Middle Section in Chaoyang District, Beijing, serves as the Guanghua Road Office Complex of China Media Group. Situated within the Beijing Central Business District (CBD) and adjacent to the Beijing World Trade Center, the CCTV Headquarters spans a total area of 187,000 square meters, with a gross floor area of approximately 550,000 square meters. The main structure comprises two towers: a 52‑story, 234‑meter‑tall tower and a 44‑story, 194‑meter‑tall tower, connected by a 10‑story podium. At an impressive height of 162 meters, a massive, long‑spanning steel cantilever—14 stories high and weighing 18,000 tons—extends outward and intersects with the main structure, utilizing a total of 140,000 tons of steel. The north annex stands 159 meters tall, while the main tower features 30 floors and the podium consists of 5 floors.
