Modular Wago-Style Terminal Block (128 Connections)

Build a compact, modular terminal block with up to 128 connections using inexpensive Wago-style lever connectors.

Traditional terminal blocks consume valuable panel space and can make wiring changes time-consuming. This design uses individual Wago-style connectors to create a clean, organized wiring solution that's both compact and easy to modify.

Each connector snaps securely into the printed holder with no additional hardware required. Need to change a wire or replace a connector? Simply pop out the individual connector instead of disassembling an entire terminal strip.

Perfect for control panels, electronics enclosures, automation projects, test fixtures, and general electrical organization.

Compatible Connectors

Designed for standard Wago-style lever connectors (such as the common 222-series form factor and compatible clones)

Printing

• Prints without supports.
• PETG, Nylon, or ABS all work well depending on your application.
• I have not tested with PLA, but its reduced temperature resistance and brittleness may not be ideal
• A higher wall count is recommended for maximum durability if connectors will be inserted and removed frequently.

Assembly

1. Print the required number of terminal block sections.
2. Snap the Wago-style connectors into the printed slots.
3. Mount the completed assembly as desired.
4. Insert your wires and close the connector levers.

Individual connectors can be removed at any time without taking apart the rest of the assembly, making maintenance and wiring changes fast and convenient.
