3-Part Design:
Top Part: Caps off the top of your stack.
Middle Part: Print as many of these as you need to expand the rack vertically.
Bottom Part (Feet): Provides a stable base for the entire setup.
Hexagonal Grid Ventilation: Optimized for airflow to keep your hardware running cool, as seen in the reference image 20260625_201234.jpg.
Filament Recommendations
Both materials work excellently with this design:
PLA: Perfect for standard electronics setups. Note that PLA begins to soften around 60°C, so ensure your hardware doesn't exceed this temperature.
PETG: Recommended if your server components run hot, as PETG offers higher heat resistance and softens at 80°C.
