Extra Large G-Clamp

G-clamp for woodworking, glue-ups, heavy duty usage.  Optimized for minimal filament with maximal strength and parametric design - resize as needed.

Designed and tested to fit up to 10cm/~4in of clamping - largest clamp design currently available.

Knurled grip, knurled screw handle for ease of use and clamping power.

Smooth working threads for a secure hold - will be a tight fit at first but after a few uses it's just right.

No supports needed.  Prints in 3 parts: clamp, screw and screw cap.  The screw cap clicks on securely with some force.

Full sized print takes about 5 hours.  I printed with PETG for full strength but PLA will also work for lighter duty use.
