Because of the need for this tool, I decided to design it and make it available to anyone who needs it. It's a thread counter, useful for 3D makers when they need to reproduce a screw or thread and aren't sure what the pitch is.

This thread counter allows you to trace the MAIN METRIC PITCHES, the most common ones found on the market: 1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, and 7.

A 0.4mm nozzle is mandatory, but a 0.2mm nozzle is even better. I added stretching to my prints: I didn't include it in the print profile because everyone can have different stretching settings depending on the material they want to use.

📝 MATERIALS REQUIRED:

2 M5 x 25 pan head hex socket screws

2 M5 NUTS

5 M5 washers

P.S.: In my photos, I used M5 x 30 screws, so I recommend using M5 x 25.

🛠️ ASSEMBLY: LOOK AT THE PHOTOS

1: Insert the two screws into the front part

2: Add two washers, one for each screw to ensure better rotation of the parts

3: Insert the various steps: on the left side, I inserted them as follows: 1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 on the right side, I inserted them as follows: 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 7

4: Add two washers on the left side and only one on the right side: this is necessary because the steps The small ones (1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75) are thinner than the others.

5: Insert the two nuts into their respective seats and tighten the two screws.
