Boshan Furnace

This design takes the classic form of the Han Dynasty Boshan Furnace as its foundation, reimagining the vessel’s silhouette by weaving together mythological imagery of mountains and seas. The furnace body faithfully replicates the traditional three-legged tripod style, adorned with intricate coiled-cloud relief patterns that preserve the dignified, time‑worn质感 of ancient artifacts; the furnace lid breaks away from realistic mountain forms, employing layered, sharply pointed peaks to evoke the awe‑inspiring grandeur of mythical immortals’ sacred mountains, while the surface texture is rendered with a metallic forging effect to enhance its three‑dimensional depth. The deep, antique bronze hue is paired with warm yellow lining fabric, creating a striking visual contrast—both capturing the core aesthetic of the Boshan Furnace as “a celestial mountain rising above the sea” and refining the mountain‑and‑sea motifs through modern craftsmanship, allowing the mythic beauty of this classical incense burner to be reborn in a compact decorative piece.
