The Ferrari 599 GTO is a limited-edition supercar launched in 2010, with only 599 units produced worldwide, inheriting the legendary lineage of the 250 GTO and 288 GTO.
It is powered by a 6.0-liter V12 engine delivering a maximum output of 670 horsepower, achieving 0–100 km/h acceleration in just 3.1 seconds, and was once Ferrari’s fastest road car.
Its design is derived from the track-focused 599XX, utilizing lightweight materials such as carbon fiber to reduce the vehicle’s weight to 1,495 kilograms, and it set a lap record of 1 minute and 24 seconds at the Fiorano Circuit.
The name “GTO” stands for “Gran Turismo Omologato,” meaning “road-legal version compliant with racing standards,” perfectly blending track-derived technology with everyday driving performance.
