This is a practical set of spacers designed for building custom 18650 Li-Ion battery packs. The set includes linear strips ranging from 2 cells (1x2) up to 6 cells (1x6).

The Main Problem Solved: Standard spacers are often solid blocks. This design features dedicated triangular voids between the cells. These channels are perfect for routing BMS balance wires or inserting temperature sensors (thermistors) deep into the pack without wasting space or crushing the cables.

Printing Instructions:

  • Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA are strongly recommended. PLA may deform if the battery pack gets warm.
  • Supports: None required.
  • Walls: 2-3 perimeters for strength.
