The Linear Gun Tank is a tank developed byAkteion Corporation. Its primary armament is a linear cannon, requiring a commander, a driver, and a gunner to operate. Before Mobile Suits became widespread, this type of tank was extensively deployed by both theEarth AllianceandORB—the Earth Alliance’s tanks were painted in brown, while ORB’s tanks sported a striking blue livery. During the Joshua Campaign, a significant number of Linear Gun Tanks were also employed as defensive fortifications around key bases.
