Four‑stage rotating display stand,
The assembly of each component incorporates shims to compensate for tolerances inherent in the 3D printer—allowing users to adjust shim thickness as needed. With the exception of the motor, bearings, switches, and shaft, the entire model is printed in one piece. All that’s required is a small DC motor (no specific diameter requirement), one M10×20 screw, one 3‑mm diameter steel rod, one bearing with an outer diameter of 22 mm, an inner diameter of 8 mm, and ten bearings measuring 7 mm outer diameter, 3 mm inner diameter, and 3 mm thick (though bearings aren’t strictly necessary—if omitted, the rotation will be slightly noisier). The back of the turntable features a hollow design, enabling the installation of colored lights within the base to create a mesmerizing rotating magic circle effect.
